About us

TeachingComputing.com is comprised of a small team that creates creative resources by teachers, for teachers and students. Co-founded (along with a series of partner sites) by Ruth Benjamin and Jonathan Marvin. Ruth is a former Advanced Skills teacher, and Head of Computing herself with several years of experience in teaching Computer Science

A large proportion of any profits we make go toward supporting the Christian charities: https://www.compassionuk.org, World Vision, and TearFund. Our resources include power points on both beginner computing concepts (suitable for KS2 Computing, KS3 Computing and GCSE) as well as more advanced topics that other providers in the market (boardworks) do not cover, including: Arrays, String Manipulation, Recursion, Binary trees, Floating Point Binary, Big O Notation, Time Complexity, Karnaugh Maps, Boolean Expressions and Boolean Algebra, Boolean Logic, RISC and CISC, Von Neumann Architecture, coding in PHP and SQL and more. Resources are added regularly, so do check back for more!
